No face swaps between individuals: Swapping faces between different people is strictly prohibited on our platform.
No impersonation or deepfake-style content: Creating content that impersonates real individuals or produces deepfake-style media is not permitted.
No use of real individuals' likenesses without consent: Users must not upload or generate images using the likeness of real individuals without their explicit consent.

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining credits. We actively monitor for policy violations to maintain a safe and ethical platform for all users.

Payment Processing

Images uploaded to Banana Arena are stored in secure cloud storage and processed through our AI generation pipeline. Input images are processed and automatically deleted after transformation completion. We never use your images for training or any other purpose without your explicit consent. Data Retention

We retain your account information in our database as long as your account is active. Uploaded images stored in secure cloud storage are automatically deleted after processing. Generated images and job records remain accessible in your dashboard until you delete them or close your account. Transaction records are maintained for accounting and support purposes.
