• Background removal
• Artistic style conversion
• Custom prompt-based image transformation

Our service utilizes AI models for image processing. Transformations are processed asynchronously, and you will be notified when your creation is complete.

Personalized Transformation: Our platform allows users to edit their own images to create personalized versions of themselves in various styles, including cartoon and anime. This service is designed for personal creative expression and image transformation. All generated content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to the images they upload and that their use of the platform is legal and ethical.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account information, including email and password, is stored securely in our database. Your account data is managed through our authentication system and is associated with your generation history and credit balance. All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

4. Personal Transformations and Payment

Our service operates on a transformation credit system:

• Pricing: $1 USD = 15 credits
• Minimum purchase: $1 USD (15 credits)
• Usage: 1 generation = 1 personalized transformation
• Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire
• Payment processing: Handled securely by Paddle

All payments are processed through our payment partner, Paddle. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Payment transactions are processed via Paddle's secure payment infrastructure, and credits are automatically added to your account upon successful payment confirmation through webhook notifications.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create misleading content intended to deceive or impersonate others
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload images containing minors for certain edits
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems or platform infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or manipulate the generation system
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our database or storage systems

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI generation pipeline (NanoBanana, NanoBanana Pro, Gemini, ChatGPT) for the purpose of providing our service. Your uploaded images are stored temporarily in secure cloud storage during processing.

Generated Content: Images generated using our service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to any restrictions in the original source material. Generated images are stored in our system and accessible through your dashboard until you delete them.

7. Service Availability and Technical Issues

While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may experience:

• Temporary outages for maintenance or updates
• Delays in personalized transformation due to third-party API availability (NanoBanana, etc.)
• Technical issues with payment processing through Paddle
• Data synchronization delays between services

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services (Paddle, NanoBanana API) beyond our direct control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Banana Arena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for transformations in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
